Services
HBOT, Inc. has been in existence since March 2008 but HBOT has been part of conventional medicine in the United States and other countries since the 1960’s.
HyperBaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a painless and non-invasive form of therapy, wherein you inhale pure oxygen inside a pressurized chamber.
HBOT is also known as a “dive” because once inside, it feels like you are diving underwater.
Professional Service and Constant Monitoring
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Inc. offers mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Each person undergoes a check up for blood pressure, an ear and lung examination to ensure their safety before going into the chamber. Our clinic is supervised by Dr. Lester Suntay who has undergone training on Hyperbaric Medicine at the Long Beach Memorial Hospital in November 2007. We also monitor the progress of the person undergoing therapy. During the hyperbaric oxygen therapy session aka “dive”, a nurse will be right beside the chamber watching over the individual.
HBOT, Inc. follows certain protocols with regard to the duration and length of dives, as well as the frequency of sessions.
US FDA-Approved Equipment
Our hyperbaric chamber is the US FDA-approved Vitaeris 320, the best and largest in the fleet of Mild Hyperbaric chambers. It measures a roomy 32” inflated diameter. This gives out a pressure of 1.3 ATA, and is supplied with pure oxygen at a rate of 10 liters per minute.
OXYGEN LOUNGE:
Aside from the HBOT, we also provide an oxygen lounge. This is our version of the oxygen bar, popularized in the US and Japan. In our oxygen lounge, guests inhale an increased percentage of oxygen at 90-95% compared to the normal atmospheric content of 21%. An increased amount of oxygen is inhaled through a nasal cannula (AKA nose hose) for a period of 30 minutes – or even longer.
This safe form of relaxation is said to enhance well-being, strengthen the immune system, and improve concentration. Some have claimed that the oxygen lounge has helped them in alleviating hangovers and migraines.
Need to relax and unwind? Need a boost of energy? Try our OXYGEN LOUNGE.
For at least 30 minutes, you inhale 95% pure oxygen through a nasal cannula. Relax and enjoy the calming ambience of our lounge.
Aside from oxygen, heighten your relaxation by combining it with a hand and foot massage or a 15-minute chair massage. Breathing pure oxygen is said to enhance well-being, relieves stress, strengthens the immune system, and improve concentration. Some have claimed that the oxygen lounge has helped them in alleviating hangovers and migraines.
